A little break above the resistance tine, but it has done that before, Watch the red sliding parallel.

Looks to be forming a pennant before it has a go at breaking back up into the main fork.




GPT
Might be forming a rising wedge along the support tine of the big fork. Dangerous pattern. I would want to see a move above the capping line before I touched it. A move below the support line could be a fatal move.
