The meeting is no different to Don Lewis speaking with a journalist. Someone makes an enquiry, and Don decides whether he wants to answer it or not.
The chances of Westcott getting the chance to ask even one question at the AGM are not guaranteed, and when you are travelling from VIC I think you are entitled to do all you can to ensure your questions get answered.
Geez, some people need to lighten up. If management are happy to meet with Westcott for an hour, so what? He's not going to tie them up and force them to divulge sensitive information such as his mother's maiden name...
