    Hi (Secondlevel)

I think you have got it wrong as well.

There will be the AGM speech by the company Directors.
There will then be a period of time for the share holders to ask questions from the floor.
Then usually share holders can speak to Directors over a cup of coffee.

We are looking to have a meeting after that.
I have to clear up with the company how many can be at the meeting I requested.
They may say me only.I would prefer at least two of us as notes will need to be taken.

I really don't see the problem.

I rang the company and asked for a meeting with a member of Management.
I did not ask to speak with Geoff Wedlock or Don Lewis.
Peter Canterbury or another of the management team would have been fine so long as they were capable of answering any questions on the projects.

    I spoke about the fact
I post on HotCopper and some share holders were asking for clarity on certain aspects about the projects.
I told Peter Canterbury that I had been asked to come to the AGM and ask questions by some share holders on the forum.

It was my initiative to ask for the meeting which was granted.
It is not a HotCopper team meeting with Management.
I will be posting to HotCopper posters as to the result of the meeting though.

For all I or any one else knows the Management team could be having meetings with share holders several times each week.

I can phone SDL and spend 45 minutes speaking to Don or Peter from Melbourne asking about the projects.
So I see no difference in speaking to them face to face,it still takes up 45 minutes of their time.

SDL is not the only company in West Australia I have spoken to for 30 to 45 minutes.

I have spoken to a Director of a Private company from Sydney who have a tenement in The Congo on a few occasions, once for an hour.

I have spoken to Wayne Richards the Managing Director of Brockman Resources a couple of times,Colin Paterson a Director and Geologist a few times and Aning Zhang the Senior Geologist a couple of times all from Brockman Resources. Some of those calls have been over 40 minutes.

No share holders of Brockman Resources complained because they thought I was wasting the time of Management, they were glad I rang and reported back what had been said.

SDL Management will not tell me anything that should or has to be announced to the ASX or Share Holders.

    Regards
    Westcott.
