Would you really accept a $5 bid for Biota? That would only value the company at a little less than $1bn for what could be the best treatment in the world for the flu along with a pipeline of other prospective drugs such as a potential cure for the common cold. I'd seriously think about $10 but $5 I'll just hold my shares thanks large pharma for asking :)

To be honest I'm surprised BTA didn't face takeover when the price was below a buck... Gee, DS or GSK could have snapped it up pretty cheaply if they offered a good premium at the time. Glad they didn't though otherwise we would probably be here discussing PRR lol.
