Really weak appointment in my opinion and I agree with Robertotaylorio. this company needs exceptional top executive material, sales people can be found anywhere. Even I've done business with most of those companies, nothing special there. And the salary pack is about double what it should be. Not enough care for shareholder funds. Again from what I see Peter and the board are out of their league at attracting and assessing candidates, and negotiating salaries. I can't help but wonder now if Peter is one of those classic founders who find it difficult to appoint anyone smarter than theirselves? Great companies fail from that type of controlling leadership.
