There's relevance.
It's an indicator of what's on APRA's list of agenda's and where their focus is right now.
I.e. if their focus is currently on Superannuation Reform, it means resources are allocated to that, rather than the review of ADIs
This would further indicate it's not a question of NOVs work and quality but an issue of processing time.

Conversely, I'm sure you can rationalise your own relevance to how this could impact the timing/outcome of the ADI, but then again I don't think any of us have the inside scoop, and we're all just speculating.
