There was 65 attendees at the AGM soon yesterday afternoon.

For those who missed it, Coby and Dadi are very excited for 2022 and expect it to be much biggggger than 2021.

Key points for me were and in no order;

1. Since Skywater commercialisation deal was announced more customers and fab have approached WBT.
2. The 4 new Israeli pension funds approached WBT for an investment and Coby expects this to attract other ozzie funds in, due to the fact these Israeli funds are well experienced at pricing technology. The xtra funds will reduce the time until the coy is a breakeven.
3. Dadi said that if a larger player came to the table to take over WBT they would take it seriously but are not actively seeking to be taken over. They are laser focused on qualification process with Skywater and helping customer achieve their objectives.
4. Although Coby is speaking to Huawei Customers, he wont be speaking to Huawaei as they are on the USA blacklist.
5. Coby expects to sign at least 2 more fab in 2022. He didnt say in which region.
6. On the competition side, Coby mentioned 4 reram compeitiors, but effectively dismissed 4DS and Crossbar as WBT are much further advanced.
