questions for westcott, page-22

Possible Questions (some could be answred by others here I'd say, but confirmation would be good):

Drilling & drilling results, and it's importance to possible financing. What levels of DSO need to be found in the upcoming drilling program for the project to be 'feasible' in the eyes of possible partners? Is the exploration target an indication of the minimum level of DSO needed for the project to be successful? They would have to know this if they have been talking to partners the last six months. Also, a timeline on the drilling program would be good, when it starts, how many holes are proposed to be drilled, and how long will it take to get preliminary results.

Cash levels. What are current cash levels sitting at, and how long will cash reserves last with the recommencement of drilling? This question is pretty much asking when the next round of capital raising will be. Again, they will have to know this, if they can't budget six months forward we are all in trouble. Also, what processes are being implemented to conserve cash?

Partners & financing. I'm guessing this will be covered in the AGM, albeit under confidentiality requirements so I'm not sure they would answer any questions directly about this. Maybe just an impression from SDL management of how high the interest levels shown by possible partners were?

Government submissions and Government buy ins. We see that the Feasibility Study has been recently submitted. What will the following developments to this be, and what is the projected timeline of these developments? When do we expect the Cameroon Government to make the decision as to whether it will buy further into the project (15% Buy-In by memory, with the Gvoernment contributing 15% of project capital)

Possible interactions with the African Development Bank and other such organisations. Is this a possibility?

CAPEX pricing changes and infrastructure (possible sharing of infrastructure etc). Have the figures changed materially since the last CAPEX modelling was done? Westcott, I think you would have this covered.

The possible establishment of a new IO province. Westcott, I think you would have all questions regarding this more than covered.

Pellet plants etc. Again, Westcott, I think you would have all questions regarding this more than covered.

Probably the main questions I would like answered would be on the drilling, cash reserves, and Government interaction/buy-in topics. They may well get adequate coverage in the AGM.
