Thanks bushbasher for update re current drill programme. The grades at AMX are incredible... even by West African standards. For example they are about 5-6x higher than those across the border at AZM tenaments! The resource for AMX is already huge and the best part is the high grades 3-5g/ton are CONSISTENT across the entire drilling area. ALL 23 holes at Konker-main hit rich deposits... over massive widths e.g. 20-30metres!!
I have 2 concerns. The results summary re Konker main did not indicate at what depths the gold started. Yet they mentioned this at another drill site. I hope gold is not too deep. Secondly i remain concerned re political risk in Burkino Faso. Let's hope my concern proves unwarranted but what is apparent is SP is waaay below that of a similar strike in a safe contry. If mine gets going and tax regime is reasonable... AMX will be incredibly profitable.
