that is totally unacceptable....did that communicate at the AGM that the ATO ruling was still pending
their website that had the dates certainly did not communicate that fact
again totally unacceptable; people have been making decisions on the basis of a capital return (either anticipating cash, or anticipating a reduction in their allocation to AVA and topping up their shares)........I can see this falling today and that is entirely on mgmt (their website is still indicating those dates)
unacceptable!!
