I think it can reach 4.00 dollars. Steel industry is one of the indicators of health of the economy. Inventory is down significantly. It should have already started to go up.
Gordon project, which was supposed to be a big business for BSL and OST is importing steel from Japan.
With 5 buy ratings and average price target of 3.50 it is not participating to the rally at all.
