Listening to it right now and so far it is an extremely basic summary of battery tech, and nothing new to me whatsoever. Particularly on the graphite front.
Perhaps instead of telling me I'm 100% wrong, you could address the points I raised.
Firstly - we agree on this
Synthetic graphite
Cons - high carbon footprint, expensive, reliant on China,
Pros - Consistent, high performance

Natural (non Talga) graphite
Cons - inconsistent particle sizes, requires further processing (or blending) to create spherical graphite suitable for battery annodes
Pros - low carbon footprint, expensive, greater choice in supply

Current status quo - all graphite both natural and synthetic goes to China to produce annode material. Typically this is a combination of both sources.

Then we have Talga, and their Talnode C product - to my knowledge this has always been touted as a natural, high performance, low carbon direct replacement for synthetic graphite. Those were literally the words all over previous Talga presentations. You cannot tell me I am wrong on this, Not even 1% never mind 100 lol.

Now the narrative has suddenly switched to their product being aimed at manufacturers blending it with synthetic graphite. Why is this? Why mix in the more expensive, dirty, and China dependant graphite with the supposedly perfectly good Talga product? Answer that without pointing me towards a "lithium ion battery chemistry for n00bs" podcast that talks about graphite for all of 30seconds and I just wasted 30minutes of my life listening to.
