If you read their posts, you'll understand quickly enough.
If you're new to this stock, then it would be worthwhile getting some info from both sides of the coin to help inform your decisions if nothing else.
In terms of the current situation, my feeling is that CPH have actually done some good things, but that has been grossly overshadowed by the dealings of their Chair and his company EverBlu. Is the current market cap reflective of all they've done, that is the $150 million question.
For my money, I think there'll be a solid pull-back on the SP, and then will start to build again once investors gain some confidence that AB is out the door and people are running the company for its own purposes, not their own. But I'm not holding a losing position, so can afford to watch and wait...
