I think it could be for various reasons. Maybe they decided to reduce their exposure to the mining sector, or they may need cash for other opportunities, or they were expecting for a short term price appreciation and they don’t want to park their money for a longer term in this company, or they are concerned about general economy and want to increase their cash reserve, who knows why?
