sign .... not even a taxpayper $70 million research is helping the stock
I tend to think AXE are doing quantum chips, is far different to what the government wants to use quantum computers for applications to solve things rather than helping AXE specially to build and design the and manufacture the chip !
so no wonder the stock is not going up
