The stock is heavily manipulated at present in my opinion. Who the heck sells 550,000 shares on closing auction at 33 cents when the stock in the current and previous days was rallying to 38 cents. A dump like that is worth around $30,000 if otherwise the seller had sold down in an organized way.
If this market manipulation continues along with this non-reporting by CUV management to phony deadlines we should consider shareholder corporate action by requesting an extraordinary meeting of the CUV board and demand answers.
We have rights as shareholders and that is one of them.
