...it came from NSW ! (which means they'd ALREADY let it in)
Whether Andrews could have done better or whether it was down to a lack of cooperation from a big section of the public ...I suggest the latter as other states HAVE let it in and got rid of it quick .
But the rate of cases is decreasing in Vic . now .
