They do not need to say that there is no market for scm it is totally unnecessary.
The most important thing is that 4ds is targeting dram now. Just think how big is the pie now. Why do we care about scm? A direction change? But it is much better road and higher price.
they already said speed is as high as dram. Retention is trade off. Only issue is endurance. Which after long discussions with imec they found a solution. Also they said that they are expecting this will solve the problem.
if so, endurance will be in the range of 10 ^12 . I guess we can kiss good bye dram.
