if what you say happens, then I doubt they would raise before the expiry of the current notes (but possible), and without onboarded investor partners (of which there’s none), it will be shareholders handing out more money for further dilution.

in case you weren’t aware, it is extremely cash intensive to acquire another business, work within its compliance framework, rebrand, re hire and re promote.
