Just because it's not the hot sector atm doesn't mean there's no value and IOU is undervalued imo. I am very skeptical of the insto narrative but someone is accumulating, look at some of the orders waiting. Any form of manipulation wouldn't be worth the risk when you have an order of a million shares and multiple 500k ones sitting half a cent less then the market price.
