The customer service bit is interesting, the other week I had an awesome experience in AU.
Was sent an invoice from a plumbing company in NZ which was definitely not mine but for whatever reason the plumber had my email.
I emailed Xero to ask if they could inform the plumber they have sent it to the wrong place. Within 45mins I got a call from
Xero saying they will contact the plumber and make sure I don’t get it again.
I was very impressed as a share holder
Its incredible how much bigger as a company Intuit is compared to Xero with only 2.3mil more customers.
