MMX holders are confident. However there is antisipation that alot of money that would go into MMX will wait for a definate answer.

While there is a chance even if it's 0.001% that MMX could loose 50% of Jack Hills no major investors will touch it. Hence the volume of MMX has been low & we have moved with the market. & the hope that Sinosteel will come knocking on resolution (which they have stated as a reason not to presue MMX at this time).

When you are defending, people take the worst case & say until they prove the claimant wrong we will stay clear & the SP goes down due to the risk. MMX down from $2 to $1.50 once trial started.

So MMX gets negative impact to protect.

CHM then also gets no credit because people beleive their claim is unrealistic. So no move in SP.

The winner will sky rocket. However if you do your research you will know whats at stake & what the chances are.
