    Grimaldi was an officer of MMX so what he did has everything to do with the case.

    MMX have stated his defence is our defence when the defendents got the last extension.

    Everything CHM claim Grimaldi got up to on behalf of MMX now stands uncontested as "the current management" was not there at the time.
