The CR price was effectively 2.05c. They received 1 share + 1 option for 3c total.
Given that options are always 1.1c less than shares, that works out to 2.05c for the share and 0.95c for the option.
The current support level of 2.2c allows the sophs to sell and still make a 7% return on their investment which seems to be the minimum return they're prepared to accept.
