Sam, it dosent work that way. Do it like how ydqcau explained it to you. You will first be allocated your allocated shares first, then, only if there is a shortfall they will allocate remaining shares accordingly to cover that 9 Mil raise. But Replacement Prospectus says that if there is more interest, BOD will decide what to do with the money, either take it or scale back and deposit your money back to your account. Hope this helps
