And here's the thing........in regards to what some have repeatedly said about SOI and further dilution from potential acquisitions which don't even effect the balance sheet adversely .

Sometimes matters of M&A and other consolidations in mining are ' MEANT ' to happen ........and sometimes they are ' MADE ' made or ' ENGINEERED ' to happen by purposeful design and intent.

And there is clearly a difference between these TWO notions. Because being ' Meant ' to happen doesn't necessarily mean it will happen , but on the other hand if the intent is for it to happen and steps have been purposefully taken for certain M&A or consolidations processes to happen .......it usually means that it ' Will ' happen .

And I guess that's why the word ' Will ' is so powerful ......because it is the ' Will ' of those who are scheming , plotting , planning , and designing the M&A and consolidations which end up happening.

And remember they did pay US89.5 million ( A $120 + million ) just for Moblan when they said they couldn't even look at it back in 2017 when it was fetching US $60 million .

So if the fact that they couldn't even touch it when their market cap was $5 million in 2017 and the project they wanted was US$60 million ( A$80 + million ) ....is that the same thing as saying they can't look at a project if they wanted to now at a price of A$300 million when their market cap is almost A$1.1 billion . I think not , as the their capacity to do deals now as compared to back then is not even on the same page.

They can do whatever they like now in my opinion .....so long as it earnings and resource accretive. And in that regards when it comes down to that , I really don't care as much as some do about the total SOI.

At that point , the question really becomes what is your ' core ' strength , and whether you want to just focus on that core strength or whether it makes sense to pursue TWO or more core strengths. And they are already seemingly committed to expanding the Gold here is Australia. And they don't even have a cracker of it identified yet. So why not if you are truly interested in GOLD - why not ALSO entertain a strategy over there in Quebec and seeing as they are virtually sitting right on top of HUGE economical grades which are in some cases less than 20 kilometres away.

And so anything is possible I say.....even if seemingly improbable. And we ALLL know that some things happen with respects to Minerals and Exploration when you are not even looking for that mineral or indeed when the market turns ' Hot ' on another mineral or minerals. So you have to take things in stride and how they come at you ........but you also have to be at the front with you strategies and have a bit of ' intent ' into what you are ultimately trying to achieve. Have we seen this ' Intent ' yet from Sayona's Managment ? I'm gonna say ' Not Quite ' ....which is why we as Investors do our research. It's not just for the fun and sake of Hot Copper armchair / keyboard pundits. Its real.......and has a real effect on our hip pocket and personal wealth. And so we don't want to make mistakes and / or leave stones ' uncovered ' in our research.

And for those who don't think my intentions are honorable , I would like to state that I interpreted every single Guo Ao document that was available in ' French ' only just to pursue that goal............and then shared it with People on this forum. How stupid is that right ......what.png

That aside , if we just go back to the rise and rise of Osisko Mining and the corporate raid on this area again - you will find that I left out purposefully another issue for those who didn't pick up on it from those last couple of posts in relation to the thesis that ' ALL roads of Entities and Key Persons ' do indeed lead back to the Tortigny / Troilus / Moblan and Chibougamau highly prospective gold and base & rare earth metals region.

So if we just stick with and focus on the last Individual I mentioned in my second last post ( above ) from 2 days ago .....we will see that with respects to the highly accredited Southern Ontario resident Professional Geologist , Professional Engineer , and Professor at Queens University in Kingston Ontario Andre Tessier . So as mentioned in my post , he is now President , CEO and Director of Delta Resources Ltd.......but can be tracked all the way back to his Directorship for the 4 years from 2009 - 20013 to a Company called Eagle Hill Explorations .

And for those who haven't check this history or didn't read my post , Eagle Hill Explorations were the holders of the significant 362 claims or 12,000 hectares of ground at the Abitibi Windfall Lake Property which under his stewardship attracted a company by the name of Dundee Corporation ( Got to love the name ) , and who took a 19% stake for ' Investment ' purposes in Feb 2012.

And of course everything from there is history now as shown in the extract from my FIRST post 2 days ago ( refer below italics ) which outlined all the ins and outs of the multiple consolidations which ALL led back to the Moblan region - because in summary by June 2015 , a company by the name of Oban Mining Corporation made a 4 times M&A play as covered in my post for not only Eagle Hill Explorations whom Andre Tessier had been a Director but Temex Resources , Ryan Gold Corp , and Corona Gold Corporation and whereby Osisko Gold Royalties who had already been formed in 2014 after the Osisko Mining Takeover ( The Malartic gold mine takeover ) .....put its hand up for a contributing C$20 million placement and a 19.9% stake in Oban Mining alongside Dundee Corp who still had their 19% 3 years later.

" But what's interesting is that a Company by the name of Oban Mining Corporation which was founded in 2010 and was reformed by reverse merger in 2014 of the South American mineral exploration company Braeval Mining Corporation and Oban Exploration Limited .....who then merged with 4 additional other Mining companies in 2015 called Eagle Hill explorations , Temex Resources who came with projects including the Val d'Or Windfall Lake project as well as 2 additional net smelter return royalties, and Corona Gold and Ryan Gold who added cash and securities. After this consolidation of assets , they Oban acquired Northern Gold Mining for its Golden Bear project in Ontario and Nio Gold Mining Corporation for its Marban project in Quebec........and then re-named this Company back to Osisko Mining Corporation in June 2016 ( or 2 years after being taken over by Eagle and Yamana ). "

So he - Andre Tessier was also the President & CEO of Murgor Resources during part of his Directorship at Eagle Hill and which was ALSO eventually taken out by Alexandria Minerals in March 2015 .....who in turn was then acquired by O3 Mining ( Osisko subsidiary ) in May 2019.

So ALL of these moves on entities and from Key Individuals BACK to the Moblan / Tortigny / Troilus / Chibougamau region are NOT just pure coincidence . Especially when you consider that it has been primarily ONE single company Osisko who has been behind ALL of it.

Anyway , I just wanted to emphasize the connections and tie back to Andre Tessier's FIRST company which was also taken over by Osisko back in 2015.

And just to reinforce the value in all these connections , we only have to revisit some of the statements made by the CEO's of Troilus and O3 Mining ( Osisko Subsidiary ) back when O3 exchanged their 627 tenements in exchange fro shares in Troilus and a NSR royalty which Troilus can buy back for $1 million at a later date and which they ( Troillus ) have done with many others in adding tenements including a similar deal done with Globex Mining ( who incidentally sold their NSR's over Authier to Electric Royalties at the same time in July 2020 )

Of course Troilus went on to do one more acquisition in 2021 being that of UrbanGold to complete its massive and aggressive land acquisition in and around the same geological area of Moblan

However , here's what the 2 CEO's had to say back in July 2020 :-

CEO Justin Reid commented, “The acquisition of the O3 Claims, plus the newly Staked Claims, significantly expands Troilus’s holdings in the region, with a more than five fold increase in our total land position. This is a non-cash transaction that we believe has the potential to significantly add value to the long-term prospects for the Company and shareholders without negatively impacting our balance sheet. We believe that the Southwest Zone discovery (see press releases dated January 28, 2020, April 14, 2020 and April 21, 2020) provides further evidence that the Troilus property is part of a large, regional scale gold system that remains materially underexplored.

José Vizquerra-Benavides, President, CEO and Director of O3 Mining commented, “O3’s mining strategy is to maximize our upside for our noncore assets by finding the best partners. Troilus is clearly the exploration and development leader in this region. By exchanging our mineral claims in the region for shares in Troilus we have made a strategic decision to be a part of, what we believe to be, an unfolding success story. The Troilus technical team has demonstrated their ability to discover gold over the last couple of years and we look forward to their success in the camp.”

So to again stress the point of my opening remarks. Matters of M&A and industry posturings are made by design and purposeful intentions and NOT just a matter of successive coincidences . And they happen for a reason.......sneaky.png So Moblan happened for a reason that most aren't or haven't honed in on yet.

And on that note , I have other ' NEW ' research which has just come to light as well , but at this stage I will reserve the timing of when I release it into the forum for further discussion.
