..."I need to be convinced that we are up against a company breaking issue or indded even to be convinced that this is a real risk."

It's definately not a company breaker, I just think it's going to take a lot longer and be a lot more expensive a process than some people think.

..."The reason being that in this very same region of the world we have AOE and their CSG with huge water pumping activities going on absoultely depleting the ground water and creating surface water full of heavy metals. Yet they are able to operate with impunity."

I totally agree about the environmental impacts of CSG and I think UCG is eventually going to be recognised as the far superior way of "mining" gas.

..."Then we CNX who are intending to go commercial starting with a small power generator. I cannot recall sighting its but they could not go ahead without an approved EIS."

If CNX had submitted an EIS for a commercial plant and it had been approved then it would have been announced. Which leads me to believe that IF they are allowed to go ahead with this small generator it must still fall within their current approvals as some sort of trial or pilot, like Linc's GTL plant.

I'd still like to hear your answer to my earlier question - What makes you think Ergo's UCG technology is much different or superior to that used at yerostigaz?

    Cheers
