U r probably correct re CNX's EIS as I have not sighted it yet either

A DFS is required to move further (LOL one thing at a time) and in that study the cost of achieving EIS will be quantified together with so much other stuff

As for the Q posted to Dex re the superiority or otherwise comapred to LNC and the Russians I dont want to rain on Dex's parade but I would like come with 2 points on this

1. Ergo Exergy technolology was proven for 30 months by Linc under Ted direction but then Ted move and created CXY and Ergo moved from Linc to CXY with Ted.
So we know that stable gasification useing Ergo Exergy works

2. Linc decided then to move with the Russians and they have a tried and proven industry of many many years so their technology works

However, I refer you to this article http://www.news.com.au/couriermail/story/0,23739,20942396-3122,00.html and encourage you to scroll right down to the bottom where none other than Ergo Exergy themselves had posted a response re an article about Linc. It is mandatory reading I beleive and in there lies a clue. It si dated (2 years old) but the concerns raised re the currency of the Russain technicians is raised. I take the comment with a grain of salt tho

So my conclusion is that it cannot be stated who is superior but I can state that both work and finally I also conclude that there is enough space in this market for all players (ie CNX, CXY and Linc)
