Dumped in a sense that the big holder has been reducing for some time. Good for the company those shares will get converted (possibly).
The buyers might simply throwing some coins for just in case scenario, pretty much like paying some non refundable booking fee to reserve the final and if the desired teams not get in to the final, cancel the ticket forfeiting the fee.
