If you believe LTR is mining in 2024 you have buds in your ears mate. Yes you have at least 2-3 years of overburden to be scooped out. So you might hit paydirt 2023, early 2024, if everything goes perfectly.

Id give a hell of lot more chance of AVZ being at mining before LTR.

Hell, you might consider selling your trillion tons of overburden to somebody with an apparent roading problem. Might be a little more economic for you over the next three years. At least you might have an income.
