In fact it was that very EIS and the responses to the ' Collaboration ' and ' Tenement Boundary ' questions which really began to gnaw at my brain.

So first order of Business should always be to find out who your neighbors are , and who the likely potential candidates are who might be friends or foe's in you surrounding area.

And the Government stated this in at least 3 separate places in that EIS Q&A. So I'm assuming that this is how they ( Quebec ) may have wanted the direction on Moblan to develop and unfold. But that all took time .......time spent by me in BOTH interpreting the French as well as documenting relevant file notes in English before even making that EIS post.

So here I am now with this information which I have been willing to share right up until now.

And what was intriguing about the Quebec's Governments response in their in JULY 2019 Q&A when they prepared their feedback questions to Guo Ao , is that they specifically mention that the Moblan plans where to build the Concentrator and other Structures on Osisko Mining tenements land ( which were indicated as being located to the West of Moblan ) and which they had the minerals rights on these tenements.

So the whole purpose of my research was then to highlight the movements in these Tenements as well as the rather ' uncanny ' and significant interest in the Area from a ' Select ' few industry players and key individuals who's lineage from way back from the Malartic Gold mine days as well as some other ' High ' profile mining magnates and billionaires .....like for instance the Canadian mining ' Hall of Famer ' Ned Goodman , who founded the Dundee Group of Financial Companies and who found himself investing in Oban Mining at the time of the rise and rise of Osisko Mining Mach 2.

So ALL of this took me on this amazing fact finding journey where I then found the most critical piece of ' NEW ' information which in my view will solidify the ' ultra ' significance of this Moblan Acquisition.

But lets start of with the ' Maps ' which have been spoken recently about here .......and in particular the importance of finding the right ones and from Where do you go about finding them and Why ?

And they say that a ' Picture is worth a Thousand words ' . Perhaps that is true - but what I would say as one caveat over that phrase is that ' The Picture ' is only worth a thousand words if it is the ' Correct ' and / or latest ' Picture '.....or both.

Sure , ALL the other pictures and Maps help you ' paint the picture ' of the message you are endeavoring to communicate ..........but NONE are as defining as the SINGLE most important one which can then be tied back to the research item you are trying to unravel and reveal.

So if we revisit a couple of those previous Maps I resources from Beaufield Resources , UrbanGold , and Troilus , the trifector of these Maps ( refer directly below this paragraph ) which indicated that Moblan would indeed appear surrounded by tenement holdings which appear to have changed hands as described in my previous posts , and that the Western boundary's are now held by Troilus.

And you can see how this might be a problem given that the Route du Nord seems to be cutting through ' Others ' tenements and hence the access problem that Quebec had touched on in their EIS Q&A requests. However the Beaufield Map is reasonably old because it refers the Sirmac Lithium property as being held by Nemaska when in fact they divested it to Victor Cantore's Vision Lithium in May 2018.

So it got me thinking further as to who and what entities are represented by the grey ' Other ' areas in the Troilus Map. Keep in mind that this Map showing these ' Other ' unknown operators was taken off their ( Troilus ) CURRENT company website in regards to their most recent corporate activity being their acquisition of UrbanGold which was only in March / April 2021

So did they NOT know who these ' Other ' operators were .......or did they just NOT want to show them in their Map. Because someone knows and knew........ and of which I will reveal shortly.

So it was the drill rig shortage which got me digging deeper into this Area and how difficult it may be in obtaining a Rig given there seems to be all this current activity in the area. So then l found ANOTHER company and their more ' Up to Date ' Map on their website who is ONE of TWO holders of these ' Other ' tenements.

And this one was the ' All Girl ' mining company represented BOD called Durango Resources Inc who is not only into Gold mining but also has significant Lithium Exposure with surrounding tenements and nearology to Nemaska's Whabouchi Lithium Mine which is only some 164 odd kilomtetres up the road and to the North West. In fact just this year in April 2021 , they Durango applied for Drill permits on their Frotet - Evans Greenstone Belt tenements which you can see are shaded in ' Blue ' in their Map ( immediately below ) and located just South West of the indicated Moblan Block.

But what's an even more interesting takeaway from their ( Durango's ) Map is that the ' Other ' tenements shown in ' Grey ' and obviously indicated as Moblan are flagged as owned by a Company named ' Miniere Q One Inc. ' or sometimes also called Q One Mining Inc. is FULLY owned by the Quebec Government.......sneaky.png

And here's where it gets even more Interesting folks. Now I don't know how they the Quebec Government got their hands on this former Osisko - Beaufield - UrbanGold - Troilus part of the tenements package or when this happened ( as their is no official documentation of this event ) ....... However , what I do know is that they Miniere Q One Inc who's registered principal economic activity is ' Other services related to mineral extraction ' was incorporated on 4th June 2019 ......or ONLY one month prior to the Governments EIS in depth Q&A actions on the Moblan mine proposition.

In addition to this ' commonality ' it can also be found that Miniere Q One Inc's registered address of 4744 Rue Des Pommeteirs in St Hubert Quebec ......is the same exact registered address of Guo Ao Lithium Ltd as well as Guo Ao Neotec Lithium ( Quebec ) as well.

So you can see by this additional Map from Durango's sources , that when compared to the original and older Beaufield Map - below ( , that the TWO other Lithium showings which are circled in Green appear to now be withing the broader Moblan project area in stead of being ' outside ' of the main Moblan Lithium hits. Notice also in the older Map the significant Cu / Zn / Ag / Au occurrences which are virtually on the Moblan ( Eastern ) tenement boundary.

So based on this perspective , I would definitely be asking the Question a any forthcoming AGM if there is more to the Moblan deposit and / or arrangements with Miniere Q One Inc than meets the eye.....sneaky.png. Because up until now , we haven't even been advised of their ( Miniere Q One Inc's ) existence.

In any case you can now see that the access Hwy , the Route du Nord actually passes right through the area shown as being owned by Quebec owned and registered Company Miniere Q One Inc.

Will Sayona ultimately be the beneficiary of what appears to be this ' Extra ' tenement ground ? That is the BIG question for me. And go the Girl Power from Durango Resources Inc who had it not been for them , we may have ended up missing this last bit of connectivity we needed to start making more sense of it all.

And just to complete the research from Durango and to in part answer Splits question ......Below is the attached Map of Durango's Nemaska Nearology tenements.........You go Girls......biggrin.png
