Running discussion on SP, page-57305

I’m interested in both in discussion here. Always good to read as widely as possible. For example yesterday I learn that AVZ plan to help current illegal local miners who are digging (without mechanised equipment apparently) for tin to do the same but be paid by AVZ to do that as a mining contract and eventually give them skills to allow the tin operation to become mechanised. It was a wonderful discovery (but now I’m trying to work out how non-mechanised manual labour mining as a part of a modern mining companies’ overseas operation fits with the rest of the operation) - anywho I’ll think further there.

Now a learn that LTR have apparently 3 years of overburden removal … I’ve not heard that before, can you give me some more information so I can understand how that could be the case…
