The very young - well clearly have no choice as decisions are made on their behalf
Neither were ever really a part of my comparison.

On aids - I volunteered my time in the early 90s to the aids council in Brisbane spending time with those whose families had deserted them. A result of losing a close mate to the disease. I see no comparison. Aids became a result of activity within a tight community that spread mostly though sexual activity and primarily in the alphabet society. The fear mongering and division however was quite like what we now face. The origins of the illness however may have some comparisons ?
Anyways, best of luck with your child, I would imagine corona only one of many issues they face.
