Sbm could do it, but they have the spend for the sulphide project in Png and Atlantic capital costs ahead, so would need to be a script offer. The takeover could come from overseas gold companies also, definitely some fishy selling happening. Nord gold did this with cdv, manipulated the share price down and made an opportunistic takeover, that started a bidding war with the Chinese. Just think emr are likely, due to Sprott backing.
