He would have to legislate against the states. Considering it is really only 2 states that are undertaking this, that would seem unnecessary. No surprises that the 2 states are the most contested states at the next federal election.
He is right to call for the country to open up. People have done their part, people have played by the rules, got vaccinated and kept the country safe. He's right. Its time to get back to normal and put covid behind us... unfortunately some still want to use it as political capital to hold power.
