JMS just handed out 2.5 cents in dividends in the last year
It was thanks to Priyank that JMS would never had fell on hard times..
Now a few bad decisions in some unsavory ventures
and they will be able take over JMS at a discount...instead of a premium...
At the very least ..you can thank the new management for the low share price,
