He's at the least, a paid pumper, whether directly employed by SYA or not. I've never seen him post anything personal, or anything about other stocks. When I DM'ed him to ask, he blocked me.
I really don't care for this method of getting the word out in regard to SYA. I'd rather have a honest and transparent PR campaign.
