I heard in conversation with the powers of ARU, with regard to the big dollars required. I believe they only wanted to come back to shareholders for $100M.
Suggesting that their plans were for the strategic offtakers to fill the gap. I did not dive into specifics, of debt or equity as I was caught offguard when I took the call.
This all means nothing as I am a random on HC, but it does sound right to me. This was also around the time of the credit raise, so things could be different now?
