Numbers are interesting.
BCI has approx. 7700 individual shareholders.
If each took up $30000 rights the company would raise a quarter of a billion ($250,000,000).
If BCI limited its rights issue to $20,000,000 each shareholder would be limited to approx. 2,000 shares. ($860).
shareholders ain’t gonna get many shares through the rights issue IMO.
