With respect the plant is only worth the estimated income of $M10 PA when they have uptake and offtake contracts in place.

May be because of APG's delivery record players have told APG they won't sign until the plant is up and runing sucessfully, or may be APG have just gone ahead on a wing and a prayer. How would we know? - and in the absence of information we all make our own subjective decisions.

Whatever - at least we've kept some people in emploment for a decade or so - doing our bit for Australia as it were...
