Thanks to whomever just sold at 31.5c...thats what I'd hoped to buy in at before it shot through the roof to 80c..so i'm averaged down slightly but still VERY red:-(((
I just spoke with the DEWHA(dept. Environ, Energy, Water and Arts) re the Environmetnal referral. Key points are:
1. It was officially received 21/09
2. The decision date is the 19/10, next Monday
3. It is not possible to see the public responses
4. The result will be published on the website on the 19/10 at this address
http://www.environment.gov.au/cgi-bin/epbc/epbc_ap.pl?limit=999999&name=current_referrals&text_search=2009%2F5094
I can't imagine they would hold this back as it's a very minor stage in the development of this potentially HUGE project.
Fingers crossed!!
