In a case that could have some relevence here, the accountant /bookkeeper for I think it was Clive Anthonys electrical stores, took money from the company and bought real estate in her own name.She bought several properties with the missapproriated money over a few years. After she was caught ,the court ruled all the real estate be transfered to clive Anthony,s ,Now I think it had gone up quite a bit in value and they got to keep all gains. I,m no lawyer but this could have some precidence here
