The announcement says the company will have AUD 16mn in the bank post the acquisitions. Does it mean they pay approx. AUD 8mn for it, given they raised AUD 24mn recently.
AUD 8mn for 80 producing wells would be cheap - or does private equity top up to the final purchase price?
Guess we will all know in November and than its time to send the company on roadshow :-)
