You won't find an insurer for PRI, the company may not even be able to get a normal insurance policy and you can't operate a mine without insurance.
Once there is a settlement between the Thai's and Kingsgate, there will no longer be arbitration available, as a discontinuance will be issued.
The next time the Thai's shut us down, it will be done properly, with no recourse. It could be as simple as our lease expires or a global pandemic.
