Pure speculation and a bit of story telling, could it be that K is purposely allowing the SP to go rock bottom? Maybe that has to do with the total control of the company.
There are all sort of reasons why he is doing that. Maybe personal reason or something else. I still feel very fishy why he is allowing the SP fallen to a unreasonable level. A lot of cover up, I think.
There must be a hidden reason. Or maybe just my delusion.
