To start, I really enjoy all the great discussions on HC and don't feel educated enough to put my two cents in. I'm just a guy working in a paper mill in south Georgia investing some of my retirement money on a stock I believe will make me money due to the future EV boom. I have a meager 370,000 shares of Sayona. What is worrying me is that a large company might come in and buy us out. Does anyone think that this could be a possibility? If so, what price would it take to make this happen? I am concerned because I have been a shareholder since 2017 and was dreaming that this stock could possibly go to $1.00 or more in a year or two. If they were to be bought out, that would crush my future profits. Anyone have any comments or thoughts. Y'all are way smarter than I am on how business/stocks work. Thanks.
