    Hi

    Appreciate the hard effort you put into mns and im3ny. where did you get the ebitda of 31m?

    if i take 30x ebitda it equal to $930m, which translate to mns share= $1.068 and at 63% interest is 67c.

    Is this correct ?

    I want to take the lowest value to see if mns was oversold in the bad news.

    Also when is im3ny expected to list?

    do mns shareholders get an allocation of im3ny shares
