Want to get everyone's thoughts on CIP and with the thread of rising rates, will their debt position be an issue to the point where it will have demonstrable impact on their earnings?
Also, with some of their new acquisitions yielding ~3.5% in some instances, are they going to get absolutely battered from a share price perspective once those rates start climbing?
