I think you misunderstand me (perhaps you thought I wrote the section in quotes? - that was not my posting, just quoting another). I don't have a big issue with the convertable bonds. While DBZ have bonds in their hands CTP cannot refuse to convert them - they have already accepted the money from DBZ for them.

The poster I responded to seemed to imply that CTP had deliberately held back on the announcement until the market had closed. I countered this suggesting that CTP had followed the rules and reported it as soon as they could.

I am tired of people accusing CTP management of laziness, incompentance, with-holding information, releasing too much information, deliberate delays, etc, without any ounce of proof. Many of these messages seem to border on slander IMO (IANAL).

I believe that JH and his team are doing a good job, in trying conditions and we shareholders are already reaping a lot of rewards. I'm very happy with the way the share price has risen over the last couple of month.

Of course I would love to have drilling underway, announcements re schedules out, etc. But I believe that the delays are helping us build a stronger company by putting us in the right position.
