I agree had one level but this guy and his family built this and then a raider throws a 249D to throw him out.
If he stayed and fought it out it would have wasted a lot of time and money and distracted the staff from doing their jobs. I would also think his contract has in some clause that if he got kicked out he get a lump sum so he would have got it anyway.
So the way I look at it he probably did the thing by the company and he got compensated for it. Its not his fault - Talbot caused it to happen.
Don't get me wrong I hate corporate greed and the bankers salaries etc - I just think in a case like this where he is getting kicked out because of one large shareholder he does deserve to be compensated.
Thoughts?
I will hold for a bit longer because the chips are still very sexy
